search not working

My forum search doesn’t show any results as you can see, for instance : https://www.cettefamille.com/forum/?wpfs=conditions.
I tried on a other website, same issue :/

We just see a conflict with your active theme. You should contact the theme developers and ask them to fix the issue with the select box:https://www.screencast.com/t/FCdLewgo7gY
This issue cannot be fixed by the wpForo side.
