Serials not appearing

Hi, I’ve tried to install and check the plugin with WP 5.3.2, it’s work, No issues.

I suggest to delete the table “WP_GENPRO_PRODUCTS” from the database and re-istall the plugin again, there was an issue like this before updating the plugin two monthes ago.

I installed the plugin recently, but the issued continues. I can not see the added products.
also would it be possible to add functionality in checker, that serial key is shown as not Genuine, if queried for more than x times (x=10 in my case)?

Same for me. Cannot add serial numbers.
And the word “Guaranty” cannot be changed in the setup. “Guarantee” or “Warranty” would have been better.

I was looking for something like this plugin, but with an additional feature: displaying the corresponding document (for instance a pdf file) when the serial number was a match. No luck. I liked the idea though.

So I found the source of problem. If you uncheck the “Use guarantee” field, the problem continues.

In case you dont want to make plugin work, but dont use guarantee field then my solution is to hide the field in the page display:
1. Check the “Use guarantee” field
2. go to “Plugins” , then “plugin editor
3. on top select the “Genuine Product Checker” and click select.
4. change line 234 to text by adding /* and */ before and after the line.

/* ?><input type=”text” class=”genpro_guar” placeholder=”<?php _e(get_option(‘genpro_guar_text’)) ?>” name=”genpro_check_guarantee” /><?php*/

5. Click “Update file” at the bottom.

You can use the plugin editor to also change the display text to guarantee or warranty etc.

Same problem I just installed the plugin, but I am unable to add serial to it. After entering the serial number, it says it has been added to the list, but it is not appearing on it.

I’m running WP 5.5, disabled all plugins as well to see if it works, but no luck unfortunately.
