How to reduce the height of bottom-footer bar?

You can simply upgrade to Astra Pro where we have provided the footer spacing feature or you can add the below custom CSS to the Additional CSS area in theme customizer.

.ast-footer-overlay{
    padding-top: 10px;
       padding-bottom: 10px;
}

    padding-top: 1em;
       padding-bottom: 1em;
}
