Historical Data not Importing

    Hi there,
    I’ve tried this on a staging site with all plugins off except woo & woo admin + StoreFront as the theme. Neither the manual nor the scheduled updating are working, just stalls at Imported Registered Customers: 0 of 362 etc..

    Update: I updated to version 0.24 but the import is still stuck on initializing

    Hey @niallolaoghaire,

    The import uses the Action Scheduler to create jobs to process the data, and I noticed in your Status Report that it says the oldest pending scheduled action is from 2019-11-19.

    I would recommend going to the WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions page, clicking on the “Pending” status link, and removing any scheduled actions that are scheduled for dates in the past- as they could be preventing it from running.

    Once all those old pending actions are removed, try running the import again.
