Images have disappeared on older posts

Hi,
A while back I imported my blog to wordpress from typepad. I installed Bloggingstream theme from woothemes. Everything was looking great and I put up a new post. All looked good.

Today I go into my blog and the images have disappeared from all my older posts. I see the name of the image in a small box but no image.

I have reverted to a default template but the problem still exists so it’s not the template.

I have deactivated plugins one at a time and checked – nothing changed.

I have also uploaded a backed up version of my blog from my wordpress backup plugin and restored it – still no change

Please help!!
