@hraki Sorry to hear you are encountering. There may be some plugins or hosting applications impacting setup. Can you follow the steps below:
1. Temporarily deactivate any caching, user login and optimisation plugins (ie. User Role Editor, Login With Ajax, Sociality)
2. Reset Site Kit
3. Open a browser incognito window
4. Setup Site Kit after logging into the same Google account which has access to that property in Search Console

If the above fails can you let me know if you have any local security application setup at host level, such as ModSecurity?
