ERROR: Require Useremail field

    Hi! Why my registration page only show: Require Useremail field.
    I AM SURE:
    PM_Group ID=”1″ in Group Manager.
    [PM_Registration ID =“ 1”] in my Registration page.
    It does have a user_email field.

    Could you please help me to fix it, Thank you!

    It seems like the shortcode was not used correctly. Could you please verify that you have used double quotes (“) without space with the registration shortcode. Here is an example for your reference: [PM_Registration ID =”1”]

    Hi,
    I have found the answer, because the double quote (“) is not half-width symbol，this (“) is the right one.
    Wrong: [PM_Registration ID=“1”]
    Right:[PM_Registration ID=”1”]
    Sorry for my careless, my fault.
