No Multisite support.. No mention of that.

  • I just blew an hour of my evening trying to sort through this plugin. It *looks* like a great plugin. But I am super duper annoyed that they did not mention in the main explanation that it is not multisite compatible. And their responses to forum posts that tell them how to (more or less) get it to work with multisite are not accurate. (That blew more of my time.)

    I apologize if you ran into any issues getting this set up! We absolutely do work with multisite.

    However, multisite setups can be extensively customized and that can result in some unique issues when it comes to making emails work. Generally speaking, though, these are the steps I’d recommend:

    1) Install the plugin (network level)
    2) Activate the plugin at the site-specific level
    3) Set up settings for each specific site, just as you would for single installs. All of our setup guides are linked here.
