Menue is not visible in single blog post while scrolling

Hello ??
I hope, I can explain, what my problem is:

The scrolling menue does not appear in a single blog posting. It is all good at each site – only in the postings it’s not visible. There is only a little small bar in the right background color.

And when I go on the area with the mouse, the menue appears – but with a transparent background.
