Seating plan lost (critical error)

    Hi all

    Suddenly the layout of my seating plan is lost.
    I cannot upload the template anymore neither. (I get the message ‘critical error). Maybe this happened with an update?
    I tried already a new upload and a backup file.

    Anyone suggestions?
