Form only works on wifi

  • For several sites now. Ive noticed that the contact form doesnt work properly on a mobile network. The javascript doesnt work. When you submit the form the page reloads instead. Also the page with the contact form constantly tries to reload when you try to visit it and but the page never loads.

    If i switch to wifi on mobile, the form works again. What the heck is going on?!

    Is one of the sites where it is happening.

    Using my android samsing galaxy s7 edge on tmobile. No matter which browser i use.

    The contact form javascript seems to not work at all when on mobile network. Connected to wifi, and all of the sudden its working again.

    On wifi, the form behaves normally and all js works.

    Different site. Same issue. Also I’ve tried this with other form plugins and the issue does not occur.

    This indicates that you have a general issue with a mobile network use on your device. I don’t think this is an issue of the plugin or WordPress.

    Have you tried rebooting the device?

    Its very possible. What issue could be happening over mobile data that js behaviors for the form wouldnt be firing correctly?

    My main concern is that it may be happening under other mobile users with similar device and data profile.
