Problem with toggle switch and checkbox

  • Hello,
    On this page, I tried toggle switch and the checkbox for “How would you like to redeem your gift?” section and it is only work in when I am logged in as admin but for others, it doesn’t work at all. Also, Tried with conditional only works with the admin.

  • Im not Caldera support, but maybe try disabling the caching if you are using a cache plugin and see if you still have the same issue. You should be able to exclude that page from caching

    Thanks for your help. It worked same as you said by disabling the cache for this page
