Two emails for one login user, but with 2FA

  • Hi,
    I use the latest WP and the latest version of this plugin.
    All was working well until I changed the default email address, at settings > general > “administrative email address”.

    Now, after login – I get two email – one to the former email address and one to the new address… it is like the plugin sends to both.

    Can you check?

    1. Disregard the 2FA issue, I susspected it at first, but it is not relevant.
    2. I tried to uninstall the plugin and then install it again, it didn’t help
