Maybe I will just use the plugin if no one has any suggestions.

Just use a page redirect in the htaccess file. Paste this into your .htaccess:

    Redirect 301 /shopping/ https://www.breathesafely.com/shopping/?page_id=4

Or you might need to have the entire url in that first part /shopping/. Try it that first way first and if that doesn’t work paste the whole url for the old page there.

Many webhosts have a htaccess manager pre-built into your control panel. For instance I use Ipower.com and once I log in it has a step-by-step walkthrough on how to forward the links. Pretty handy. Try checking your host if you can’t finagle the .htaccess code changes directly.

Scratch that. Not taken care of..

Since it’s not marked as resolved yet,

I had to change the link of the checkout,
https://www.breathesafely.com/shopping/?page_id=123 is the page I set it up on. It’s linked on my navbar and everytime I change it (Using Page Links to and Quick Page/Post Redirect plugins it gets caught in “the loop”), it doesn’t work.

    https://www.breathesafely.com/shopping/?page_id=123
works. But I can’t have 1/2 links pointing to the checkout be pointing at the non-secure version of the checkout. Is there somehwere I can hardcode in the link for the navbar like what I did to the sidebar shopping cart?

Thanks so much for any advice you may be able to give.
