Poll Results on different page

I have just added WP-Polls and I want to change the operation so that the voter does not see the results after voting (I can do that by changing the templates) but I would like to have the results on a different page to which only certain users can see.

I cannot find out how to add poll questions, answers and results to a different page! I would need to show each question to have its number of votes and percentage – highest votes first.

Can anyone help please?
