Need to make Suburb field *required

I need this plugin to make the Suburb field *required. (It is an additional field that the plugin created at Checkout). I have been using the plugin for 2 months now and on three occassions had customers not fill in the Suburb, so it didn’t calculate shipping – they went ahead and paid for the goods on PayFast but I had to liaise with them separately and get additional payment for shipping. They were very irritated. How can I make it a *required field? Or could it be done in the next update please?
