image upload not working fine

hi ,

i am not able to upload images using the image icon in admin panel.

i am able to see a mess in internet explorer saying object doesnt support this property or method.

Please tell me how to resolve this.

Even i have problem with next gen gallery where i am not able to see thumbnails created automatically , it was working fine before but i dnt why now..it is displaying errors…
