Facebook and Twitter badges

Okay guys and girls, I am pretty new to WordPress but think I’m getting the hang of it. However I am trying to find a widget that would put simple twitter and facebook badges in my sidebar that I can link to my respective accounts. I don’t want to tweet my posts, or post my tweets, I just want the simple link badges. I see them on so many websites but cannot find them anywhere. I’ve tried looking on facebook and twitter and also WordPress plugins.
