Photo Gallery is not showing up

Hello, I have problem with my photo gallery. In gallery part in my theme editor it says this: [pl_row]
[pl_col col=12]
[pl_text]
[photogallery filter=”true”]
[/pl_text]
[/pl_col]
[/pl_row]

And at my final site gallery is not showing, there’s just a paragraph with text:[photogallery filter=”true”]

Can you tell me what to do to fix this problem, so that photo gallery be shown at my site?
