[Help] Tag Permalinks

Hi everyone.

I want to create custom tag permalink.
Usually wordpress tag url would be like this https://www.mysite.com/tag/example-tag/ and now i want to make it like this https://www.mysite.com/example-tag or https://www.mysite.com/custom-name/example-tag.

How can I do that?
