Our site uses CFDB plugin to generate a IQY file. Opened in EXCEL it can be used to download an updated list entries of the forms used on that site.

Since using Wordfence this update does not work anymore. In WF Live Traffic I see a yellow light indicating a “Failed login” of the user (which is the admin).

Is there a way to open the gate for such an IQY in the Wordfence environment?

    Thanks

    Klaus

  • Hey @klaus_hh,

Are you using Two-Factor or reCAPTCHA? If so, can you disable them to see if it helps?

Can you also try switching the Firewall into Learning Mode to see if it helps?

    Thanks,

    No 2F-Authorization and no reCaptcha.

I must admit: I deactivated the whole WF Plugin and the problem still occurs.

Can WF give any further information why a login failed?

    Thanks

    Hey @klaus_hh,

Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with this setup. My best suggestion would be to contact CFDB plugin for their thoughts.

Please let me know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Hey @klaus_hh,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’ve gone ahead and marked this thread as resolved.

Please feel free to open another thread if you’re still having issues with Wordfence.

    Thanks,
