Plugin does not appear anywhere on the site

    I changed my site theme. First I had Editorial Mag, then I put Elanza Pro. Having the problems to put Elanza Pro into operation, I asked for help with the theme – ThemeHunk. In the end I solved all the problems to customize this theme for my site. But now I have a problem with Mailchimp, which previously worked with a previous theme, now it no longer works with any theme. Mailchimp does not appear anywhere on the site. Theme support Elanza Pro entered my site and removed all the plugins. I can’t understand what happened. I’m not an expert. I asked for help from them but they told me I have to ask for help to support the plugin

    The Mailchimp plugin I installed on my site. I had my API key key. I did everything as it should, but the plugin does not appear anywhere on my site. Even if I change the theme of my site, the same doesn’t change anything. I didn’t have these problems before changing the theme.

    Hi,

    Did you check the link I shared?

    Although it’s possible in some themes that the theme itself includes a pre-made form trough our plugin, normally you have to setup and include the form yourself.

    You create the form under MailChimp for WP > Forms, and you include it via a widget or shortcode in your sidebar/ footer widget area under Appearance > Widgets or in any post or page via the shortcode.
