Image Optimization: Reset optimizing doesn’t work

I moved my website to new host. Some thumbnails failure occur so I have to:

1. Regenerate thumbnail with “Force Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin. It works well with .png thumbnail files generated.
2. Click on Media > Reset button on LiteSpeed Optimization column

After that, I waited for a month and received no .webp optimized images pulled back.
If I upload new images, thumbnails are still optimized with .webp after few minutes.

I tried to Reset IAPI Key, Refresh Optimization Summary with no success
