No excel option in export email page

I am now using Microsoft one.
But does it matter? I mean, I should be able to choose the option for exporting the email list, right?
Is there any reason why there is no option for me to choose on the wordpress panel?

The plugin only creates file csv. So you can use Microsoft excel to open these file

I know it can export csv originally, but why it won’t become csv after I have pressed the button?
What should be the normal reaction if I press the export button? Will the Microsoft excel automatically pop up or it will automatically save to my computer?

After I pressed the button, it just went to a website with the text without any format.

In the video, it will save to csv when you pressed the button. But my case is, when I pressed the button, it went to a page with those texts like what my link show.

There maybe conflicts with other plugins. Can you deactivated other plugins then check again ?

I used the health check plugin and disabled all other plugins. With the only woocommerce activated, the export function still only brought me to a website with those texts.

Is this the function of pro version?
