Help needed with building package

Hi! On one site where I run Duplicator (free), I can’t get a package to build, due to a “host interrupt” issue. After working with my website host, they found the following error messages being logged by Duplicator:

The “{blah}” was added by me. ?? I’m running Duplicator 1.3.24 in WordPress 5.3.1, both running on PHP 7.2.25. According to the Duplicator packages page, the failed build was 57% complete.

Any ideas on how to correct this? The site is 1.6GB, uncompressed, and I’m using the ZipArchive engine.
