User can’t upload profile image

    Hi,

    I have a problem with uploading profile images and photos to listings as a user.

    Whenever I try to upload, I get this error message:
    “Sorry, you are not allowed to attach files to this post.”

    Uploading images as a user while you’re logged in to the backend works fine. But then you also have access to all images from the backend image library. It seems like there is something preventing images being uploaded from the front end. The design of the image upload page for users who are creating a listing is exactly the same as the one wordpress uses for the backend image library. So it looks like it’s connected to this somehow, which seems weird.

    Do you have any suggestions to how I can sort this out?

    We have tested the issue but did not find that issue in our side, we think the problem is causing by any plugin conflict. To make sure, please deactivate all the plugins except Directorist and see if problem goes away

    Hi,

    Thanks a lot for your suggestion, and I’m sorry to respond to you so late.

    We managed to make it work by deactivating a plugin that caused the problem.
