Doesn’t work for pages

  • The plugin does not work with pages , I have tried to put a menu in the pages and it shows only the 3 dots ( searching for pages ) and nothing appears , However , it works for all other things ( categories , taxonomies …)

    N.B : in my website I have more than 3000 pages , so i don’t know if it takes time to refresh all the pages , or it is a plugin problem

    Can you please answer me about any solution ?

    So it looks like your site is multilingual using WPML. Will ask our developer to check if Conditional Menus works with WPML translation sub-pages.

    I think we’ve found the problem. Does your menu have different view type conditions? (ie. do you have the pages checked and another view type checked?)

    We’ve confirmed that bug and will fix it in the next update. Meanwhile, please select the sub-page conditions. If you need the menu on other view types, please add another conditional menu.

    I am not sure if I am having the same issue, but it appears that this plugin does not work for my pages either. How do I verify if I am using WPML as @benkhalil3 might be using?

    My scenario is pretty simple: Add menu and/or sub-menu items based on privilege level (such as Administrator, Editor, Shop Manager). I have tried numerous configurations with setting the condition for the selected page(s) and setting the condition for the selecting privilege level(s).

    @jmarkweaver Can you post screenshots of your menu conditions and the page URLs where we can see the issue?
