Difference between registration form and profile form

Hi I am just start exploring this powerful plugin, again a simple questions (may sound silly):

I have put all user’s properties e.g. address, mailing lists options and other info on registration form, however I can’t find a page to view those information, I can can view username, name and email data from ‘my account’ tab, so I realise that I need to put those extra fields on ‘Profile form’, is that correct? – even though after I do find those data from the database (usermeta table).
