I’m not an user, still getting site related emails

  • Hello,

    I’m getting emails from some sites (update notice, comment notifications) but I’m not a user on those sites. I used to be a user and then removed myself (no email record in the database, that I’m sure) so why I’m still getting emails from those sites? How can I opt-out of receiving those emails?

    You’ll need to contact the admins for those sites and ask them to make sure your email is not the admin email under settings->general.
