Fee not recalculated after other payment type

    We have an order “Service Fee” setup for our NMI Credit Card payments. When a Gift Card is used to pay for the cart, the Service Fee remains. Why? The whole point of adding your plugin was to eliminate the Service Fee for our Gift Cards. Why doesn’t the fee get recalculated when another payment type is applied? I thought that was the whole point of Payment Type based Fees. Please advise. Thanks.
