Opened up the site this morning to find the following errors on all pages but not in the Dashboard:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/vhosts/xxx.uk/httpdocs/index.php:16) in /var/www/vhosts/xxx.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/http-security/include/http-headers.php on line 15

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/vhosts/xxx.uk/httpdocs/index.php:16) in /var/www/vhosts/xxx.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/http-security/include/http-headers.php on line 83

The plugin is now disabled so these errors are no longer shown

Can you advise on what the issue is?

This is probably due to a plug-in or a theme that directly write the headers. The plug-in addresses this within the .htaccess tab in the settings. It provides you with the content to write into your .htaccess file and provides an option “Disable header rewriting”.

    This should address your issue.
