When I use your shortcode in an ACF flexible content field, it will not load any of the ACF flex content fields below it. If I put the shortcode in the last section on the page, it’s fine. But if I put it above another ACF section, those sections will not display. If I remove the shortcode, all the sections display correctly, so the issue is related to the shortcode.

However, I checked my error logs and don’t see any php errors. I am using the latest version of both plugins.

    Hi @lsterling03 !

The shortcode does create a new query to fetch the events (using the standard tribe_get_events function), and while it should be independent there’s the chance it can alter other queries in progress (like looping through flexible content fields). It’s possible to add the shortcode within various page builders like Elementor and Beaver Builder though, so there should be a way for it to be displayed.

There’s likely not something we could do on our end. The best bet will be to reach out to ACF and see if they have any recommendations on using shortcodes within their flexible content fields that pulls data in (ie. the events).

    Cheers!
