Thanks for getting back to me. I kept trying but it still doesn’t let me post which is strange. Could you please look into this issue for me as I’ve found many bugs that I wanted to share with the team
In the meantime, this is one of the issues that I’ve been trying to post without any success in relation to the Orders Page in the Vendor Dashboard – The filter to see certain orders doesn’t work properly.
#1. The WCMP demo shows 7 order statuses (https://prnt.sc/q987h7) but I can only see: ‘All’, ‘Processing’ and ‘Completed’ (https://prnt.sc/q987w9). How can I get the other ones displayed?
#2. When I try to use the filter it doesn’t show the orders at all, for example I’ve filtered the ‘Processing’ orders and it says ‘No orders found’ although the vendor had many orders that were processing for that period of time (https://prnt.sc/q98878). Same issue for the other status ‘Completed’. Could you please help me to see what is the problem?
