Database Backups not received

    Hi,
    I scheduled a database backup everyday and checked the box to receive the file by email.
    It has been a week, the database are well saved on the server but I never had any email.
    When I use the button to create a backup manually, I still don’t get the email.
    What kind of parameters can cause this ?

    Hi, did you check to see if your e-mails are landing in your spam box? You might have to do some testing to make sure e-mails are traveling to and from your site.

    Hi,
    Yes I checked my spam box, nothing there. And emails can indeed travel from the website. It’s a woocommerce site and all the others emails are properly sent. I also used an email checking plugin and it worked.
    What other problem can this be ?

    Hi,
    The database zip size is : 14,7 Mo
    Is it too big ?

    Hi,

    If you are saying that your database size is 14.7 MB, then yes. It also depends on the size limit your server has set up for your site.
