GiveWP passing application fee

  • I have installed free plugin. And, payments by donors are being processed. On checking with Stipe, which is the payment gateway I am using. They said GiveWP is passing an application fee which is causing the issue. Can someone help in here?

    So the donation is not going through at all on Stripe’s side?

    The application fee is added to all donations made with the free Stripe gateway, so that’s expected behavior. In my tests just now on a test site I have here, passing that fee did not prevent the donation from processing.

    What currency is your site using?

    Also, please send along your System Info.(you can remove identifiable info from it if you’d like)

    Navigate to Donations –> Tools –> System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.

    No. It is not going. Donor’s bank is authorizing the amount to be sent, however, the payment is not debiting. I am getting the mentioned error in my Stripe dashboard.

    I am using INR.
