Hi, sorry to hear that you experience issues. Please can you let me know what steps you performed to get to the error so we can reproduce it and create a fix.

Does it concern a specific payment method, any additional plugins that might affect the process?

    Thanks!

I’ve tested with majority of plugins disabled. The error occurred with all offered gateways. MyCred, PayPal by Braintree and stripe. I will update if I’m able to replicate on a empty woocommerce project.

    Hi Joe,

I’ve setup PayPal for WooCommerce in sandbox mode and tried to make a purchase – it worked fine for me.

I have the Mailjet plugin v5.2 installed, the WooCommerce integration is enabled and E-commerce data sync is active.

In case you manage to get more details of why the error is happening on your end we are ready to assist.
