I’ve been updating the views of the pages and posts of my site and the changes don’t automatically appear. I always have to delete all my entries and re-upload them for the changes to take effect.

Is there a way to work around this because I have thousands of records to upload. Or is this a bug with Formidable forms?

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to us today. I am happy to help.

Your Views should update immediately when the form data changes. It sounds like you may have some caching issues.

Could you try disabling any cache plugins, any cache built into your hosting, and if you use an external service like Cloudflare please put that in developer mode.
    Does that resolve your issue?

If not, could you please open a ticket in our helpdesk for further troubleshooting: https://formidableforms.com/new-topic/

Thanks! I thought it was acting weird. I’ve been a user since 2014 and times I’ve used it has been very reliable. It’s just now it has been acting like this. I thought it was some new thing.

I don’t have any caching plugins and I haven’t set any caching on my hosting.

I am using the latest version of Divi and Updraft Plus. Could that be a cause?

    Thanks for the quick response.

    Hu.

I tried doing that. I have a grandfathered license so I think I’m blocked from adding a new support ticket.

You still have the option to submit a bug report ticket, even if your support is expired.

So the problem is with Divi Theme and the Divi Builder. Once I stopped using those everything worked fine.

    Thanks for letting us know.
We have lots of Formidable users who also use Divi. COuld you reach out to the Divi support team and see if they know what might be the issue?
