    Hi guys, while trying to create the first quiz I received this message: “Error! There has been an error in this action. Please share this with the developer. Error Code: 0001”

    Any idea what’s wrong?

    Hi,

    This error triggers when QSM is not able to insert quiz information into the database.

    It could be at that time your WordPress database is offline, or maybe there is a database error.

    We suggest you to check your error log and see if there is any database related error.
