I want to delete “Featured Post Script?”

A “Featured Post” of my choosing used to show at the top of every link on my blog. With help from this forum (Oesmi) I was able to stop it from showing.

But the script is still there and seems to slow my pages from loading. Also if you look at my blog on a Blackberry Featured Post shows.

Where should I go to delete the Featured Post script?
