Finaly a reason to leave a review

  • I am using lot’s of plugins both in my site, my friends sites and at work and Yoast is one of the most commonly used only because I didn’t do a research for more lightweight solution as I probably use 1% of it’s features.

    That is NOT what causes the 1 star, in fact it would be 5 stars. 1 Start because Yoast CEO decided it’s a good thing to add banners to all sites as almost all recent reviews say (and was mentioned in news sites).

    And it remains 1 star until ALL profits that came from the banner sales go into charity. I can’t ask for more though all the stress this caused to site owners, freelancers and agencies will cost more on top of that

    You should no longer see the Black Friday banner in the backend. That said, we understand that the banner was annoying. Although it was dismissable, it was a bit buggy so last Thursday we released Yoast SEO v12.6.2 which completely removes the banner from the admin panel.
