• Hello,
After successfully payment in external payment gateway users are?forcing?back to thank you page, but there I’m facing an issue that?gtm4wp.orderCompletedEEC event is not pushed. Maybe I can somehow change?funkcions.php?to push that event in thankyou page?

    Hi,

Please check whether users are returning to the standard order received page and whether the “Cart” and “Checkout” page in WooCommerce advanced settings are set to the same Page?

If you are using any custom order received page or the Cart and Checkout pages are set to the same page, this could prevent GTM4WP to properly populate the data layer on the order received page.

    Hi,
yes, users are returning to the standart order received page and cart and checkout pages are different.

I found that this occurs only when payment made in external payment gateway. If users choose COD payment method, then everything is ok.

Is there any way to test this payment gateway with a test card data so that I can see what happens in that case on the order received page?

    Hello,
I setup demo shop with test payments and ironically it’s working as it should ??

Maybe in live version?we may not receiving a callback from Paysera?external payment provider that the order has been successfully paid?

BTW here is my demo shop – https://bit.ly/2LGAPRZ

    Hi,

It is very hard to tell you the reasons but since GTM is purely a browser based solution, it should not be dependent on what is going on on the backend. Normally, all order received page loads should trigger proper ecommerce tracking.

It could be that after a payment, not all users are returning to your site which could cause to miss tracking of those orders.
