Admin-ajax.php 500 Error

    Hi,

    I’m seeing a 500 error for the admin-ajax.php file, which is preventing enquiries being sent.

    I’ve tried disabling other plugins, but to no avail. The Nginx error log for my server is showing ‘access forbidden by rule’ errors.

    Have you added any custom modification in your site? That might be causing this issue?

    Hi,

    So, looking at the server error logs I believe it’s a conflict with ‘Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer’. Once disabled, the error no longer appears.
