Saving setting

    Hello,

    I cannot change the options of the extension anymore.
    When I try to save it runs in a loop and no modification of the settings is made.

    Adding new FAQs works fine.

    Do you have any idea where the problem comes from?

    Hi oshen,

    Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. Nothing was changed in the plugin recently that should cause any change in the behaviour of the options page.

    With that in mind, it sounds like maybe there’s a conflict with something else. Have you updated or added any other plugins or theme recently? As a test, would you be able to deactivate your other plugins, to see if the issue still happens?

    If that doesn’t make a difference, could you let us know if it shows any error while it’s doing that loop, either on the screen or in the developer console in the browser?

    Hello, Thank you for your answer.
    I was finally found the source of the problem.
    There was text filled in blank and therefore not visible in the search bar translation field.
    Everything now seems to be in order.
