Product labels not showing on homepage

    Hi, both global and advanced product labels are not showing on the homepage anymore. Instead they show as a text link below the product image. In the shop they are working properly though.

    On the homepage the products are shown with the following short-code:
    [products limit=”4″ columns=”4″ best_selling=”true” ]

    Any idea what’s causing this and what to do?

    I tried to visit the site to see the behaviour but was not able to access the site.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    The best way to determine this is to:
    ?

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     Hi Amanda,

    Thanks for your reply but strange that you couldn’t access the site. The link is working properly and I also had sales today.

    I’ll test it in the staging environment.
