Product description

    Hello,

    I have installed a new theme and I had to import my products again from Amazon. Since there is no description pulled from Amazon I thought I would export my old data and overwrite onto the new one. The problem is as soon as I do that, the other product details are gone. So the description is there now but the author, publisher are not displayed although they exist in the CSV file.

    Is there something that I’m doing wrong? I have tried ALl Export and All Import plugins as well as Woocommerce import and still not working.

    I was using WP All Export and WP All Import plugins. I tried to select all fields first to make sure all the information is there, then I’ve done another export with just the fields that I needed, but wasn’t working unless I’m doing something wrong.

    I got it solved eventually, I’m pretty sure I messed up something as I have exported again all items and when I imported them I just selected to update the missing fields. It’s working fine now, sorry for wasting the space.
