    Hi, our plugin works with the theme running in your site. Please carry out a test using one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Seventeen. This will help you see that it is your theme causing this issue and not our plugin. If it is your theme, there is not much we can do. In this case your best option is to speak to the theme developers.
