Maximum shipping weight doesn’t work?

It sounds like you are using an additional plugin to offer shipping rates according to weight. Are you aware of the name of the plugin?

If not, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hi. I implemented a workaround of sorts. I just increased the airmail shipping weights by $2.50 per 230g on the basis I can just mail 2 packages if needed and take a small hit on the fixed cost. I would still like to understand why this doesn’t work as expected though.

It does look like I’m using a plugin for the weight based shipping:
“Weight zone shipping for WooCommerce” by Oik. I guess it hasn’t been developed beyond WP 4.8.11 now looking at the details.

I think you answered your own question there ?? Seems as though the plugin is outdated, which would explain why it is not functioning properly.
