iContact integration not working

Hello,

I’m using a Contact Form 7 to add subscriptions to a mailing list hosted on iContact, but something seems to be incorrect. All of my account information seems to be consistent with what I’ve included in my functions.php file, but no contacts are being added to the list upon completion of the form. I’m receiving the confirmation email from the WordPress site, but seeing nothing in the iContact account for a new subscriber.
