    Hello,

    I’m starting working with WooCommerce and WordPress in general, and I have some problem in my website, with buying through mobile version of website. When customer add some products to the basket and click Checkout button, only the “frame” of the website appears, none of fields which are visible on PC when “Checkouted”. I cannot say if that occur after some update because the whole website was bought from former owner of the store.
    How can I start diagnose and fix that problem ?

    Hey @ekonopnafarmacja! Oftentimes issues like this are related to the theme. You can check to see if that is the case by temporarily switching to the Storefront theme and testing the mobile checkout flow. If you can see the fields in that test, then it does mean that it is related to the theme.

    I suggest doing this test on a staging copy of the site, so that the live site is not impacted by the test. Also, if it does turn out to be the theme, I would first check to see if there are any updates for that theme. If that doesn’t help, you can also look up who the theme developer is and reach out to them for assistance if you want to continue using that same theme.
