    Hi,
In mobile search results, my website URL appears instead of my site title. My understanding is that I need to enable breadcrumbs to change this. However, I do not want to have breadcrumbs on my actual website as of now, which takes place when I enable it.

I am confused on how so many websites have their website title in mobile search results (as opposed to their URL), yet have no breadcrumbs on their actual website. I know for sure that one of those websites uses Yoast and I am sure many others use it as well.

Am I mistaken that this is the only way in Yoast to add my website title to mobile search results? Or is there some other way without having to add breadcrumbs to my website? Thanks.

Yes, you are mistaking. This can very well be related to the theme you are using. Try the plugin Breadcrumb NavXT. That has a lot of options.
